In Week 1, I started the Auto-Attest Data Framework to improve Raid OS contribution tracking and payouts, addressing how to unlock 10× researcher throughput and TVF. I reviewed 6 Gitcoin, X and EF forum threads. From the research I discovered that manual tracking causes 30% researcher drop-offs, reducing throughput, and unclear metrics limit TVF by deterring funders.
Challenges I faced
- The thread formats were different and this slowed down the review process.
- Limited to 6 threads due to time.
Week 2 Plan
- I will review 8 more threads on builder coordination issues.
- Propose data fields for tracking automation.
