[PROPOSAL] Creating an Abundance Networks Miniapp on Farcaster

Overview

This proposal requests .9 ETH to create a miniapp on farcaster for the upcoming release of Abundance Networks.

The deliverables for this proposal are:

  1. A miniapp version of the Abundance Networks book by Kevin Owocki

  2. Mechanism within the app to generate income for the Allo.Capital community: NFT collectible of the book,

Rationale

Farcaster has a rapidly growing regen community, with the recent releases of collectibles on Farcaster and Coins on the Base App, the timing is ideal to introduce a regen-oriented book and foster community engagement around regenerative economic concepts.

The infrastructure for onchain social platforms like Farcaster is maturing, particularly with the introduction of miniapps (frames v2) last fall. It is easier than ever to connect audiences with meaningful content, and build sustainable community-driven projects.

This miniapp derves multiple strategic purposes for the Allo.Capital ecosystem:

  • Community growth - Leverages Kevin Owocki’s established thought leadership to attract new members interested in regenerative economics

  • Revenue generation: Creates sustainable income stream through NFT collectibles of the book, and potential future monetization of community led projects and miniapps in the Farcaster ecosystem

  • Brand positioning: Establishes Allo.Capital as a hub within the regen community on Farcaster, and allows for future opportunities to develop due to pre-eminent brand positioning

The project represents an innovative approach to content distribution and community building by leveraging Farcaster’s social graph:

  • Exposing potentially thousands of new readers to Abundance Network concepts due to built in distribution mechanisms contained within the Farcaster social graph

  • Integrates onchain monetization directly into the experience, and sets the stage for follow-up opportunities

  • Creates a replicable model for future book launches and regen content creators within the Farcaster ecosystem

The project contains a MVP testing and community feedback phase to mitigate risk, and ensure the final product meets user needs, and also adheres to the vision of the author. There are built in stages for author and community feedback to ensure Allo.Capital has direct input on the final product.

Long term, this project serves as a proof-of-concept for a broader content distribution model that could support multiple authors and regenerative finance projects, positioning Allo.Capital at the forefront of the decentralized publishing and regen community on Farcaster.

  4. Launch production ready miniapp

    3. Description: Based on feedback on MVP, launch the production ready Abundance Network miniapp on Farcaster
